Fitness classes for adults are held in our recreation and community centres. You can also join one of our social sport leagues.

Classes for adults are held in our recreation and community centres:

Concession passes

Concession passes are a convenient and cheap option if you attend classes regularly – buy a concession pass. For current LeisureCard members, your discount is automatically applied if it's available on the pass you're buying.

Concession passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are valid for two years.

Badminton

Casual play sessions 3 times a week (except during school holidays).

Circuit training

Build functional strength and improve your fitness doing a range of exercises in our group circuit class, with guidance and encouragement from our instructor.

Circuit training – High intensity

This is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) circuit styled bootcamp, designed to improve anyone of any age’s health and fitness. It uses weights, body weight, ropes and cardio exercises.

Build cardiovascular fitness and strength in this fun, low-impact aerobics class.

Skate Fit

A fun class where you’ll work out without even realising it! Our instructor will teach basic skating skills all the way through to advanced level skating and roller blading in an inclusive and supportive environment. Included in these skills are forwards and backwards skating, turns, jumps, dance moves, ramps and endurance. All levels of skaters are welcome. These classes focus on growing individual skills, as well as the skating community. No enrolment or booking required – just show up on the day.

Sit and be fit

This class is targeted at our senior community who do not have the ability to sustain the output in our Ezy movers class. It is a seated based class, low anaerobic and low cardio.

Tai Chi

Combines slow, continuous movements and smooth, even breathing to exercise the body and mind, and improve flexibility and balance. Beginner and advanced classes available.

Senior social sports
