Proposed new leases:
1. New lease to GOYANZ Incorporated (trading as Olympic AFC) located at Wakefield Park on Wellington Town Belt.
- Leased area: approximately 434m² of the Wellington Town Belt, legally described as Part Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 10322 WN47B/388.
- Lease fee: Annual Rent Fee $751.53 + GST per annum.
- Maintenance fee: Annual Maintenance Fee $17,500.96 + GST per annum.
- Lease term: Five years, with one renewal term of five years.
2. New lease to Island Bay United Association Football Club Incorporated and Island Bay Softball Club
Incorporated located at Wakefield Park on Wellington Town Belt.
- Leased area: approximately 260m² of the Wellington Town Belt, legally described as Part Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 10322 WN47B/388.
- Lease fee: Annual Rent Fee $585.80 + GST per annum.
- Lease term: Ten years, with one renewal term of ten years.
3. New lease to Mornington Golf Club Incorporated located at Berhampore Golf Course on Wellington Town Belt.
- Leased area: approximately 270m² of the Wellington Town Belt, legally described as Part Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 10322 WN47B/388.
- Lease fee: Annual Rent Fee $674.72 + GST per annum.
- Lease term: Ten years, with one renewal term of ten years.
