Applicant: Chorus New Zealand Limited on behalf of the National Hockey Stadium Trust (existing tenant).
Location: 9 Mount Albert Road, Berhampore (Town Belt).
Legal Description: Part of Section 1 Survey Office Plan 474197 and contained in Computer freehold register 742973.
Licence Type: Fibre installation agreement
Licence Area: as shown in red on approved design plan 001
Use: underground installation of fibre optic cabling to NZ Hockey Association Building
Licence Fee: $1.00 per annum + GST (if demanded)
Term: 10 years.
Conditions: by trenching full reinstatement of land after completion

If approved the provisions of the Wellington Town Belt Act 2016 and the Wellington Town Belt Management Plan 2017 (14.7MB) will apply.

  • what aspects of the proposal you are neutral towards (if any)
  • your submission statement, with reasons.
