The proposal will result in the adjustment of the relevant property boundaries to reflect an existing encroachment currently on public land, and facilitate a new mountain bike track at Makara Peak Park over what is currently private land.
If the reserve exchange is successful a Plan Change to correct the zoning to the activity (Outer Residential and Open Space B respectively) will follow.
