About the project
The scope of this work involves installation of anchored shotcrete and netting, as well as replacing the fencing and footpath.
Date: works start on Monday 30 October 2023, and are planned for completion by the end of May 2024 (weather dependent).
Timings: Monday to Friday between 7am - 5pm. Saturday 7am to 12pm.
Traffic management
Sutherland Crescent will have a traffic lane closure for the duration of the works. The road will remain open for resident access to properties including vehicle, cyclist, and pedestrian at all times. The road will be narrowed under a reduced speed limit 24/7 with occasional manual traffic control. The accessway path will be closed at times but with residents access maintained 24/7.
Please stand back from the action, follow the directions of workers, warn children about the potential dangers, and keep your pets away from the worksite. There will be cones and barriers, and surfaces may be uneven. If you are walking in this area, please take extra care to avoid potential trip hazards, particularly when it’s dark.
