The Council notified decisions on Tranche 1 of the Proposed District Plan heard as part of hearing streams 1 - 5 on 5 April 2024. View the public notice here.
Following notification of the Proposed Wellington City 2024 District Plan (Appeals Version), minor errors have been identified in the Plan. The Council is able to correct such errors without public consultation under Clause 16(2) and Clause 20A of the Resource Management Act 1991.
Please note that Tranche 2 of the Proposed District Plan (hearing streams 6-11) content is still being heard and deliberated by Commissioners, who will provide recommended decisions to Council in early-mid 2025.
