Resolution to Exclude the Public
THAT the Performance Review Committee:
1.    Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, resolve that the public be excluded
       from the following part of the proceedings of this meeting namely:

Report 1 – Forward Programme 2014
Grounds: Section 48(1) (a) that public conduct of the whole or the relevant part of the proceedings of the meeting would be likely to result in the disclosure of information for which good reason for withholding would exist under Section 7
Reason: Section 7(2) (a) to protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons.

Report 2 – Annual Performance Review Process
Grounds: Section 48(1) (a) that public conduct of the whole or the relevant part of the proceedings of the meeting would be likely to result in the disclosure of information for which good reason for withholding would exist under Section 7
Reason: Section 7(2) (a) to protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons.

Report 3 – Interim Report against Key Performance Indicators
Grounds: Section 48(1) (a) that public conduct of the whole or the relevant part of the proceedings of the meeting would be likely to result in the disclosure of information for which good reason for withholding would exist under Section 7
Reason: Section 7(2) (a) to protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons.
Section 7(2)(c)(i) to protect information which is subject to
an obligation of confidence, where the making available of the information would likely prejudice the supply of similar information from the same source and it is in the public interest that such information should continue to be supplied.
Section 7(2)(i) to enable carrying on commercial
negotiations.

2.    Permit Cheryl Crooks to remain after the exclusion of the public as she has specialist knowledge and advice relevant to the topics 
       under discussion.
