RESOLUTION TO EXCLUDE THE PUBLIC

1. THAT pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, the public be excluded from the following part of the proceedings of this meeting, namely:

Confirmation of Minutes
Report 1: Appointment of Remuneration Advisor
Report 2: Chief Executive 2005/06 Key Performance Indicators Measurement
Report 3: Setting the Chief Executive’s 2006/07 Key Performance Indicators

Grounds s48(1)(a) That the public conduct of the whole or the relevant part of proceedings of the meeting would be likely to result in the disclosure of information for which good reasons for withholding exists.

Reasons s7(2)(a) To protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons.

2. THAT Jennifer McDonald, of Rogen, be permitted to remain after the exclusion of the public as she has specialist knowledge and advice relevant to the topics under discussion.
