Get your rates invoice by email

Use our online form to sign up to get your rates by email. It’s easy and you’ll be helping the environment.

If you already get your rates invoice by email, you can use the online form to update your email address. 

Information you'll need for the form

You'll need a past rates invoice handy for your Rate Account Number and Valuation Reference. You'll find these on the left-hand side of your rates invoice.

If you don't have a rates invoice handy, call the Council Contact Centre on (04) 499 4444.

Account number
Enter the reference as shown on your invoice or rates letter. If you have letters at the end of your reference, enter these in the 3rd box.
