Pay online

You can pay online using internet banking or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).

Pay a parking ticket

Pay at a PostShop

You can pay at your local PostShop, as long as the due date on the ticket has not passed.

Pay at our Service Centre

You can pay by cash, credit card or Eftpos at our Service Centre.

If you don't pay on time

Payment is due 28 days after the ticket is issued. If you don't pay within this time, we will send you a reminder notice and give you a further 28 days.

After this period, unpaid tickets may be referred to debt collection agency Baycorp for follow-up action. If payment is still not made, your infringement may then be referred to the Ministry of Justice, where debt collection is managed by the Courts. You will have to pay any extra costs and your vehicle may be clamped or seized by the Ministry of Justice.

If you can't pay the fee in full by the due date, contact the Parking Payments team as soon as possible and before the due date so we can discuss payment options.
