Location: Approximately 28 Stewart Duff Drive Rongotai, Airport.
Description: The Notice of Requirement is sought by Wellington International Airport Limited to establish a more efficient and flexible planning framework to enable existing and future airport activities and development within the Airport’s existing land holdings (including the Requiring Authority’s leased or other land interests). The designation is primarily over the area of land that is already zoned as Airport Precinct in the District Plan.
