Proposed new licence Reserve Land:
1. New licence to Ōwhiro Bay Community Gardens Incorporated located at Frobisher Street Reserve
- Leased Area: Approximately 6.6420 hectares of Reserve Land, legally described as Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 81196 WN47C/673
- Licence Fee: Annual Rent Fee $1 + GST per annum
- Licence Term: Five years, with one renewal term of five years
Proposed new licences Wellington Town Belt:
1. A licence to One NZ for a mobile network site, over part of Wellington Town Belt at Wakefield Park, 592 Adelaide Road, Part Lot 1 Deposited Plan 10322
2. A licence to 2degrees for a mobile network site, over part of Wellington Town Belt at Martin Luckie Park, 41 Lavaud Street, Part Lot 1 Deposited Plan 10181
