- Licence Term: Three years, with two rights of renewal of three years and four years
Proposed New Lease on Town Belt Land:
2. New Lease to Kelburn Municipal Croquet Club Incorporated
- Location: Kelburn Park
- Leased Area: Approximately 127m² of Town Belt land, legally described as Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 10086 on Computer Freehold Register WN19A/369
- Lease Fee: Annual lease fee $319.09 + GST
- Licence Term: Five years, with one renewal term of five years
Proposed New Lease on Reserve Land:
3. New Lease to Wellington Art Club Incorporated
- Location: Chelsea Street Reserve, Miramar
- Leased Area: Approximately 228m² of Reserve land, legally described as Part Lot 70 and 68-49, Block 2 on Deposited Plan 1335, contained on Certificate of Title WN43D/726
- Licence Fee: Annual lease fee $480.97 + GST
- Licence Term: Five years, with one renewal term of five years
Proposed New Lease on Reserve Land:
4. New Lease to Seatoun Association Football Club Incorporated
- Location: Seatoun Park
- Leased Area: Approximately 180m² of Reserve land, legally described as Lot 1 on Deposited plan 8682
- Lease Fee: Annual lease fee $519.33 + GST
- Licence Term: Five years, with one renewal term of five years
