The Tawa Community Board will meet on Monday 16th June 2025 to consider the following temporary road closure for an event.
Mexted Motors Spring into Tawa
Saturday 18 October 2025 5.00am to 6.00pm.
- Main Road from Oxford Street to Lincoln Avenue
- Lyndhurst Road from Main Road intersection to Ngatitoa Street intersection
- Cambridge Street from Main Road intersection to Oxford Street intersection
- Oxford Street between Main Road and Cambridge Street would be no parking from 6pm Friday 17 October 2025 to 6pm 18 October 2025 to enable this to be a detour route for traffic.
Any person objecting to a proposed road closure must contact the City Council in writing before 4pm, Friday 30 May 2025.
