Shelly Play Open Street Sundays
Road closure every Sunday on:
- Sunday 3 March 2024
- Sunday 10 March 2024
- Sunday 17 March 2024
- Sunday 24 March 2024
Closure from 12am to 5pm.
- Shelly Bay (Miramar Ave/Cutting to Northern entrance of former Shelly Bay Defense Base)
- Massey Road (from northern entrance Shelly Bay Defense to Scorching Bay)

Any person objecting to the proposed road closure must contact the City Council in writing before 4pm, Friday 1 December 2023.
