Background information
The Newtown Connections active transport project started consulting in 2014. Through consultation on that programme of work in 2018, Berhampore village was highlighted as a 'special area' which needs attention.
Council events in 2019 were well attended by our local community, leading to excellent feedback on potential changes for the village centre and the surrounding streets. The majority of respondents wanted to see change.
