I want Wellington City Council (WCC) as the Territorial Authority who decides on the worthiness of buildings to provide an up to date (weekly) map on their Website and in all libraries and service centres for all ratepayers and visitors to see and make note of.
This is only fair, honest and just and will educate ratepayers which buildings are up to code or not.
Background information
WCC yellow and red stickers buildings in the city that don't come up to the building code.
This affect their value and insurance rates based on perceived and real risk to occupants.
AS supporters of open government WCC should inform their ratepayers in everyday that they can as to the risks in the city as they go about their daily lives.
