Update dog ownership details

You may qualify for a refund of the registration fee.

Request a refund

You can request a refund of your registration fee when filling in the form. Provide a copy of the vet's verification as proof of your dog's death, if you have one.

You also need to include your bank account details:

  • a copy of your bank deposit slip, or
  • a copy of your bank statement header showing the account holder's name, account number, and the bank’s logo, or
  • a screenshot showing the account holder's name, account number, and the bank’s logo from your internet banking site.

Alternatively, you can ask for your refund to be donated to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA).

How the refund is calculated

Refunds are calculated from the date you let us know about your dog’s death, and the number of full months left on the registration – from 1 July to 30 January.
