Paneke Pōneke sets out the Council’s approach to creating a safe, connected and high-quality network of routes for biking and scooting. It will also make things saferfor people on foot, and in places will include some public transport improvements too. The word paneke means to move or pass through, and the name is a play on the exhortation or command that people move onward/haul a canoe in unison.
