Present to all the Annual Report on year ended, Strategic plan, annual Business plan and budget for following financial year as approved by the business association membership at the AGM. Identify new projects. Send a copy to Wellington City Council

Final Strategic Plan / Budget and Audit Reports
Send Wellington City Council Final Business Association Annual audited report on year ended, Strategic plan, Annual Business Plan and budget for following financial year showing the Target Rate amount
December
Second payment is due

Advise Wellington City Council of the final agreed Target Rate

Draft Annual Plan printed

Consider budget requirements for the following financial year

Any ballot to confirm or decline a BID boundary change must be completed by April. Send submissions to Wellington City Council Draft annual plan supporting the BID programme and target rate.
