Brief description: This park is used for formal recreation, with the flat areas of the park comprising sports fields and a bowling green, as well as a dog exercise area and a community vegetable garden.
From the park it is a short walk to the many tracks in Central Park.
Accessibility: Short walk up sealed path from Ohiro Road. The Epuni Street entrance has some steps.
Dogs: Tanera Park is an off-leash dog exercise area.
