The centre is 12,500m2, including 10,700m2 of sports flooring which has been designed to support athletes as they move across it. The sports floor is divided into two six-court sports halls, which are separated by a central spine on both the ground floor and the mezzanine levels.

Court hire is available on a one-off and recurring basis for a variety of sports and recreation activities.

Court equipment such as goals are included in the hire.
Other items such as balls and bibs are available for
hire separately.
Courts can also come fully equipped with:
- electronic scoreboard system
- team benches
- fixed seating for 1,000 people
- retractable seating for up to 2,000 spectators (available on request).
