Ban the sale of 300-330ml glass beer and RTD bottles from off-licences in Wellington.

I petition Wellington City Council to pass a bylaw banning the sale of beer and RTD's in glass bottles from off-licences in the city of Wellington. I also submit that the Council uses whatever means at its disposal through its regulation of liquor licensing to affect the same ban.
