Slow down in the valley - we need a speed bump!

My parents won't allow me to walk to school on my own because there are so many speeding drivers that race up and down the lower part of Houghton Bay Road. I feel unsafe to cross the roads because these drivers are going too fast. I think there needs to be a speed bump installed between the bottom of Hungerford Road and Cave Road. This would allow many people to be able to walk and ride safely up and down the valley and to enjoy the new playground especially school kids like me.
