Background information
Miramar Peninsular has been for many years a frequent target for "boy racers" who speed along the coast creating danger to people, wildlife and themselves. The noise goes on throughout the day and night into the early hours.
Also, this coastline is a mecca for beach goers, walkers and cafe goers and these people put their lives at risk walking the often narrow and winding paths along this roadside. Speed humps would lower this danger considerably.
