Massive focus on law and order and cleanliness in Wellington CBD

Vandalism around the CBD including stickers on the Snapper scanners in Wellington Station and some posters stuck on some streets, Alcohol consumptions in public despite restrictions, hence contributing to rising crime rate, and homeless people starting to be abusive.

Background information

I am frequent in Wellington CBD and I would normally see some vandalism like having some "Free Palestine" stickers on Snapper scanner in Wellington Station and so as posters on walls, posts, and power boxes, and also on repeatedly painted walls. Alcohol consumptions on restricted places and some of them are defiant, hence contributing to the rising crime and homeless people on the streets are starting to be abusive, hence compromising the safety of our fellow Wellingtonians.
