I would like all council properties smokefree now. The refurbished council properties are now smokefree, but it seems those who haven't had the luck of an upgrade are not afford this luxury. The last survey results from WCC tenants shows the majority of tenants now want smokefree housing, yet WCC denies this right. WCC claims they are working towards smokefree housing by 2025, 10 years away. It's too far away.
