Particularly with this hot weather, it would be nice for Thorndon Pool - Wellington's only outdoor pool other than (freezing) Khandallah - to remain open until the end of daylight saving. This year it is closing unusually early on 1 April.
Thorndon Pool is well frequented throughout the day.
Happy for showers to be restricted or turned off during this dry spell.
