Dog tag replacement

Your dog must wear a registration tag at all times. If you need a replacement, you can get a new one.

Fees

Replacement tags cost $14 each.

Use our online form to order a replacement tag. You'll need a credit card to pay.

Please use your Dog SR Number as the reference – this is the Service Request (SR) number for your dog.

We’ll send out your One Tag replacement tag when we receive your payment.

Tags are available in two sizes:
