We've changed the fees and criteria for smoke free outdoor dining pavement permissions.

How you can use the footpath for an event or performance, or to sell goods from a footpath.
If you want to use a footpath or public property for outdoor seating, you must apply for permission.
You can put up temporary or permanent signs, depending on the rules set out by Council.
