Sort out your parking

You can pay or appeal a parking ticket, apply for resident parking and coupon parking, find council-owned parking buildings, and more online

Take care of your rates online

The easiest way to sort out anything related to rates and property is to do it on the Council website. You can make a payment, set up a rates direct debit or get your rates invoices.

Register your dog

You can head to our website to re-register or register your dog, get a dog tag replacement and more on our website.  

Find your collection days

Enter the name of your street to find out when you need to put out your rubbish and recycling, and the type of recycling to put out. Your search results will also give you options to download your rubbish and recycling calendar.

Apply or renew your alcohol license

You can search the Council’s rates database to find property and rates information, including valuations.

Report a problem online
