Early in February 2024 Wellington City Council provided information and documents to Local Government Minister Simeon Brown, at his request, to outline the investment, work and planning the Council is undertaking to deal with issues relating to water supply to the city.
Attached is a letter from Mayor Tory Whanau to the Minister, accompanied by a presentation that outlines what the Council is doing, along with Wellington Water and neighbouring councils, to ensure the safe supply of drinking water.
