Elections 101: What does the Council even do?

Footpaths. Swimming pools. Libraries.

Imagine a world where those things no longer exist. Where you step out onto the street with vehicles whizzing by, but there is no safe path to walk on. Where your kids don’t have a safe place to learn to swim, or a local library to visit on the weekend.
