Look no further, as we’ve got the craic for you right here... and remember, it aint’ over til it’s clover!

1. Don’t be afraid of the dark

If you haven’t before, get into the spirit of the game and try out a Guinness in one of the many local watering holes around the city before the big game.

2. Where’s Dublin 4?

Did you know D4 is a postal district in the southside of Dublin? Neither did we, but we know the namesake pub on Featherston Street is a good craic before, during and after the match. Other Irish-themed notable mentions include Jack Hackett’s, JJ Murphy, and The Green Man.

3. Enjoy the highs and lows of the Cable Car

The All Blacks have had their ups and downs this tour, and you can experience the same with a trip on the iconic Cable Car ahead of the match. The popular funicular rises 120m over a length of 612m every ten minutes for one of the best views of the capital.

4. Soak it up on the waterfront

Our waterfront is the emerald jewel in our isles. Join the crowds, grab some food truck kai, enjoy the harbour views day and night, and soak up the atmosphere on the Wellington Waterfront this Saturday.

5. Soak it up in the morning

You can also soak up the celebrations/commiserations at the Harbourside Market on Sunday. As the city comes to life, the market becomes a bustling site with friends and whānau enjoying coffee, kai and kōrero.

Watch out each Friday for a fun list of five great activities to do, places to explore, or things to discover in our awesome city.
