Oral Submissions to the 2010/2011 Draft Annual Plan, 2010 Draft Community Facilities Policy and 2010 Draft Climate Change Action Plan

Meeting Procedure

Officers recommend that the Draft Annual Plan Hearings Subcommittee:

1. Agree that the minutes of this meeting will be submitted to the Chair of the Draft Annual Plan Hearings Subcommittee for approval and will then be submitted to the Strategy and Policy Committee for confirmation by those Draft Annual Plan Hearings Subcommittee members present; and,

2. Note that the draft minutes of the Draft Annual Plan Hearings Subcommittee, together with a summary of consultation, will be included in the report back to the Strategy and Policy Committee.


Please note that:

- Friday 14 May, Monday 17 May and Tuesday 18 May 2010 from 9.15am to 4.00pm have also been set aside for Report One - Oral Submissions to the 2010/2011 Draft Annual Plan, 2010 Draft Community Facilities Policy and 2010 Draft Climate Change Action Plan.

- Written submissions for submitters on these subsequent days will be circulated within an updated schedule once the timetable for submitters has been confirmed.
