The Archives is free of charge for visitors to complete historical research. Fees apply for some services. Booking is essential.
You can hire a staff member to undertake your research. The fee is $27.50 per half hour (payable in advance). To find out how staff can help, submit a Queries and Requests Form.
You can't remove archive materials from the building. Staff copy archive documents on site; however, some documents are too fragile to copy.
Black and white copying prices:
- A0 copy $8.50
- A1 copy $4.50
- A2 copy $4.50
- A3 copy $0.80
- A4 copy $0.50
For colour copying prices, contact the Archives.
Reproductions of photographs in the Archives collection are provided in digital format.
- High resolution images (publication quality, 5000 pixels along the longest edge) - $37.50 each
- Standard resolution images (reference quality only, 300 pixels per inch or less) - $18.50 each
