The meeting room at the Leonard Cockayne Centre can be hired for small meetings, seminars and workshops.

The Leonard Cockayne Centre meeting room at the iconic Ōtari-Wilton's Bush can be used for small meetings, workshops, discussion groups and education sessions.

Unfortunately, the Leonard Cockayne Centre meeting room is not available for barbecues or social functions.

Cost
  • Half-day for 12 or less people: $315 (minimum 4 hours)
  • Half-day for 13 people or more: $420 (minimum 4 hours)
  • Full day for 12 or less people: $525
  • Full day for 13 people or more: $630
  • Hourly rate: $84
  • Community rate: $42 per hour (the booking party must be a not for profit community group for community benefit)

  • Monday to Sunday: 8am–6pm
  • Bookings essential

  • 6 tables and 25 chairs (not available for outdoor use)
  • Large uncovered deck for break out activities
  • Public toilets, accessed from outside the building
  • Small self-contained kitchen, small fridge and microwave
  • Flat screen with various HDMI cables (note there is no adapter for Apple tech)
  • Coffee, milk and tea supplied
  • Coffee plungers - please bring your own plunger coffee

 Access
  • Main public car park is at the Wilton Road entrance (no reserved parking).
  • Wheelchair friendly paths run from the main car park on Wilton Road to the Leonard Cockayne Centre.
This venue is accessed via a secure lock box system.
