Parkour is a method of training your body through running, jumping, vaulting and climbing to overcome challenges and obstacles. Using your natural surroundings for propulsion, parkour gets you from A to B in the most efficient way possible.

Classes are fun, cool and challenging as well as helping to develop and improve kids movement efficiency, spatial awareness, balance, strength and confidence with a strong focus on safety.

If you have a child that won't sit still or one who already practices parkour around the playground, this programme will teach them about spatial awareness and the refined movement patterns for practising this dynamic discipline safely. Led by qualified parkour instructors.
