Petition details
Evergreen creepers with their clinging pads are needed to beautify the bare rock faces around the Mount Victoria Summit. They'd be shallow rooting so as not to crack and dislodge the rock face. Irrigation would be needed.

Background information
When Lookout Road was made around the city side of the Mount Victoria Summit, citizens were unhappy about the loss of the natural rounded and vegetated hilltop. Vegetation was promised to hide the rock faces. However, deep rooting plants caused slips. It's now partly bare again. Plant experts would advise on the correct species and irrigation.
