Allows the Council to set speed limits by resolutions on roads under its control and in designated areas.
Allows the setting the requirements for parking and control of vehicle traffic on any road in Wellington city, except for the state highways.
Covers managing and protecting water supplies, waste water, drainage and sanitation.
Provides for the management of municipal waste and diverted material for the Wellington district.
This part of the bylaw requires building owners to repair and maintain their verandahs to a reasonable standard.
