Build functional strength and improve your fitness doing a range of exercises in our group circuit class, with guidance and encouragement from our instructor.
Build cardiovascular fitness and strength in this fun, low-impact aerobics class.

Run by two nationally qualified Parkour instructors. This class is fun, cool and challenging and will help you develop and improve movement efficiency, spatial awareness, balance, strength and confidence with a strong focus on safety.
Get active while learning to skate. Starting from no experience, you'll learn to skate forwards, backwards and go between the two using either inline skates or roller skates.
