The following courses are available for adults at the Council's recreation centres and pools:


A range of exercise classes available in the Council's pools including:

  • Aqua Deep - a high intensity workout in deep water, using a buoyancy aid
  • Aquafit - a shallow water class suitable for all levels and abilities
  • Ezymovers - an easy-paced, low impact, shallow water exercise class
  • Pregnancy Aqua for both pre and post-natal fitness (you'll need medical clearance before starting these classes)
