Correction

Please note there is an error in the reporting of the historical costs of the first phase of the housing upgrade programme in the City Housing financial sustainability paper. The paper notes that the total cost of phase 1 was $289.5m, of which $220m was funded by the Crown and $69.5m by Council. The correct figures are a total cost of $233.5m, of which $220m was funded by the Crown and $13.5m by Council.
