Information you'll need for the form

You'll need a past rates invoice handy for your rates account number and valuation reference. You'll find these:

  • on the bottom left corner of your rates invoice
  • by carrying out a property search on the address.

Account number

Enter the reference as shown on your invoice or rates letter. If you have letters at the end of your reference, enter these in the 3rd box.
