Description of proposal
The proposal is to stop a 102m² portion of unformed legal road in Motueka Street, Ngaio. Council no longer requires this land for road purposes.
The land (Section 1 SO 494126) adjoins 25 and 27 Motueka Street, Ngaio (Lot 38 and 39 DP 2254, CFR WN289/22). If the proposal is successful, the land will be sold to the owner of 25 and 27 Motueka Street, Ngaio, and the land titles amalgamated.
Any future buildings or activities on the land will be governed by the Wellington City Council District Plan once stopped.
