Miramar Hospo Limited, PO Box 22322 Khandallah has applied to the District Licensing Committee in Wellington for the renewal and variation of an on licence for the premises situated at 19-21 Park Road, Miramar, Wellington 6022 (also known as 17 Park Road, Miramar, Wellington 6022)

The general nature of the business conducted (or to be conducted) under the licence is Class 1 restaurant

This application seeks to vary the style of licence from tavern to restaurant and to remove the current supervised designation.

Objections

Object to an Application

Objecting to the issue of new licence: No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105(1) of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

Objecting to the renewal of an existing licence: No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
