What happened to this consultation?
In July 2019 we asked for your thoughts and suggestions on the proposed upgrade at Newlands Park.
Feedback was gathered through an online survey (open from Friday 19 July to Monday 12 August), and at a community drop-in session at Newlands Community Centre on Sunday 28 July.
We used the feedback from the initial consultation to develop a draft landscape plan for Newlands Park. The landscape plan then went out for a second consultation in October 2019.
The concept design for Newlands Park has now been finalised, and construction began in February 2020.
