We want to hear about your experience of how accessible and safe the Johnsonville and Moorefield Roads intersection in Johnsonville is, any concerns you have, and any potential improvements that could be made to make it safer for everyone.
The current roundabout layout at this intersection has a high crash rate, with 61 non-injury crashes reported and 16 resulting in injury between 2010-2019.
Future improvements will make the intersection safer for road pedestrians, cyclists, and other road users.
This initiative is part of safety improvements the Council is making at several intersections in Johnsonville, which includes Haumia–Moorefield and Westchester-Middleton roundabouts.
