Breaker Bay play area concept plan (1.03MB PDF)

This concept plan includes:

  • a tube slide
  • a double slide
  • a fireman’s pole
  • an arched climber
  • a rock climbing wall
  • a seesaw
  • belt swings
  • a lilypad basket swing
  • a bowl spinner.

The Breaker Bay play area is considered a neighbourhood play area, which provides a handy place for a quick play and play opportunities targeting at least one age group.

This type of play area is for the local neighbourhood within a 600-metre walking distance.
