Green waste and composting collection
Currently there isn’t a green waste or food scraps collection; meaning it’s into the bin with other rubbish. Diverting green waste from landfills into composting is part of a sustainable principal and could be integrated with current waste collection. Furthering Wellington as a bio-philic city and lowering its carbon footprint.
