Council managed saunas at all changing facilities around Evans Bay; Balaena Bay, Hataitai Beach. Have a sauna and jump in the sea! Improve the physical and mental health of Wellingtonians and connect communities.
They could be managed by an employee based at Freyburg who does Health and Safety checks on an e bike

Saunas are great for your health and having one right by the water so you can jump in would contribute to the wellbeing of Wellingtonians. There could be a managed system of automatic entry. Low cost or free for Wellington Ratepayers.
